World Kidney Day Twitter Chat
Renal Support Network is hosting a LIVE Twitter chat on World Kidney Day, Thursday, March 11, 2010, from 6pm to 8pm PST.
If you are a person with any chronic disease, a family member or caregiver, or just been diagnosed and don’t know what to expect, and you need to connect with another person who can share their experience, strength and hope, come chat with us!
The guest for the evening will be Lori Hartwell, three-time kidney transplantee and author of Chronically Happy - Joyful Living in Spite of Chronic Illness, an insightful, often humorous, and touching story of how she chose to live life rather than succumb to its obstacles.
The chat will be moderated by volunteers from Renal Support Network’s HOPEline.
Anyone who tweets during this time using #chronicallyhappy will be entered to win great prizes including Amazon gift certificates and the new audio version of “Chronically Happy: Living Joyfully in Spite of Chronic Disease!”

Be sure to follow @chronicallyhppy before the party! (Yes, we know the a is missing due to space constraints)
- Log on to Twitter from 6pm PST – 8pm PST on March 11.
- Link to the party site here or search for the hashtag #chronicallyhappy using any real-time Twitter search site (such as TweetChat, Tweetdeck, or WTH)
- Join in! Ask (or answer) a question, and mark it with #chronicallyhappy so that your tweet will be part of the conversation.
